This position will be responsible for approximately $20-50 million (varied by product lines) in purchases of PBL products across Asia Pacific region. This role will be expected to elaborate and accelerate efforts to increase low-cost-region procurement, strategic sourcing, deployment of e-commerce & TEOA-P tools, and implementation of supply base simplification and inventory reduction programs. More broadly, the critical elements of the assignment include:

Responsibilities:

1. To review and provide timely performance feedback to management; monitor and develop suppliers based on monthly performance report

2. To identify source from current Supply Base and quote competitive cost for business opportunity from internal customers (ii) To manage BL projects with ECOC / PM / Suppliers

3. To Coordinate with supporting functions in order to resolve administrative / logistics / quality issues
4. To Coordinate with Product Engineers, Industry Managers and Product Managers in order to resolve product related issues

5. To negotiate with suppliers based on annual goal

6. To provide periodic update to management team

Qulifications:

1. College / University graduated

2. Major in Business Administration or Engineering is a plus.

3. 3 years experience in procurement or above

4. Good interpersonal skill and verbal communication
